Fluff Me Up – Return & Refund Policy

At Fluff Me Up, all of our desserts and gift items are prepared fresh and are perishable. Due to food safety regulations and the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns once products have left our store or have been delivered. However, we are committed to addressing any legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.


1. Perishable Products

Our items (including chocolate-covered strawberries, macarons, cakes, and other desserts) are made fresh and are not intended for long-term storage.

Because of this:

  • Returns are not accepted.
  • Exchanges are not available.
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or personal preference.

2. In-Store Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at the time of pickup.

Once an order leaves our store:

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for handling, transportation, and storage.
  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs after pickup.
  • We are not liable for melting, shifting, or damage caused by weather, improper storage, or transportation.

If there is an issue with your order, it must be brought to our attention before leaving the store.


3. Delivery Orders

We may offer a replacement or refund only in the following situations:

Damaged During Our Delivery

If your order was damaged during delivery handled by Fluff Me Up, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence
  • Provide your order number

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A partial or full refund at our discretion

We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.


4. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, you must notify us within 24 hours with photo proof. After review, we will determine an appropriate resolution.


5. Allergy Disclaimer

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Nuts
  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Soy
  • Wheat
  • Gluten

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before purchasing. Fluff Me Up is not liable for allergic reactions.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Improper storage after pickup or delivery
  • Items left unrefrigerated
  • Weather-related damage after pickup
  • Orders delivered according to the agreed specifications
  • Partially or fully consumed products

7. Custom & Special Orders

Custom-made or personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
