Fluff Me Up Shipping Policy

At Fluff Me Up, we are committed to ensuring your gifts are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy for important details.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer local delivery only within Toronto and nearby areas.

Delivery Options and Scheduling

  • Choose Your Delivery Date:
    • Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Delivery dates will be confirmed via email or phone after the order is placed.
  • Same-Day Delivery:
    • Urgent orders may be prepared and delivered on the same day if availability allows. Contact us directly to inquire about same-day service.
  • Delivery Hours:
    • Deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
    • Orders cannot be delivered on a different day than scheduled. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during these hours.

Processing Time

  • We prepare all orders fresh and get them ready on the same day you’ve chosen for pickup or delivery.

    Please note that during busy times or holidays, processing might take a little longer — we’ll always let you know if there are any delays.

Holiday Deliveries

  • During holidays and peak seasons, there may be delays in delivery. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Issues

  1. Unsuccessful Delivery:
    • If no one is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful. We do not offer re-delivery. It is the client's responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the specified time.
  2. Damaged Items:
    • If your gift arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
